Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Very frequently i am taking a long breath. Its a great relief only when i take a long breath if not i am unable to breath properly. Can you suggest a better solution for this problem

Suffering from last 6days from nose like water completed not getting sleep wakeup night 3 to 4times after giving hot milk then only sleeping

Problem to breathing and headache pain whole body leg and hand both are pain pain middle head eye also

Hi, im suffering from ear pain since november month. its paining around heand and neck. my chins are bulge when i got severe pain. i dnt have habit of using buds, oil to ears. i consulted with doctors that they telling its simple infection. now a days my audible levels are decreased. please advise
