Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

It's 4 am in morning and he is still coughing its since last 6 days full night he is coughing and I can see it's not normal.We have done everything 1. Taken antibiotic & dry cough syrup Cipla Rexcof DX 2. Done gargles 3. Made a kadha of ginger black pepper with honey. 4.Consulted doctor taken her antibiotics and medicines Nothing is making his coughing normal we have not slept since theses 6 nights as at night his coughing increases tremendously.

2-3 days right ear se blood aa rha h.. Dr se medicine bhi li but kuch nhi hua..aur pain bhi ho rha h..

Last night suddenly while sleeping I felt I have a running nose. I got up and wiped my nose and I feel I have severe running nose and when I went and checked it was nose bleed. Then it was stopped in 10 mins. After that I went for sleep again after 20 mins and then in another 10 mins I got the nose bleed again. After that I didn't lie down. I never had nosebleeds before. I had a severe cough and fever in last 7 days. Cough is still there that I cough a lot as if like a dry cough nothing much comes out. During nosebleed I blew my nose I got some thick blood like clots as well. Sometimes when I cough I get the same blood clots from throat. I am 37 year male what I should be doing next ?

Hi Doctor, I'm unable to smell the nature or any other from my childhood. I'm actually working in the field where good nd bad smells are around me. I'm actually managing there. If I inhale the unwanted gas will be harmful to me. Are there any remedies to prevent this problem. Let me know if any medical prescription is there

Found having 2 knots in throat during USG but Dr. and report saying that they are benigh. But I am still feeling tension because of the pain they are causing when I get viral infection. Sometime they also swell. That thing is constantly moving in my mind and due to that I can't concentrate anywhere else. And it is also affecting my mental and physical health due to tension. Can you please suggest what should I do or at where can I clear my doubts? Thank you
