Hear buzzing & thumping
In low compressed area like elevators or quite room, I feel a buzz or feel thump in my ear. They also get blocked in closed rooms like in dubbing studios. What could be the reason?

That is Eustachian Tube dysfunction. You need to be examined clinically be a good ENT Specialist to diagnose the cause of the dysfunction. Do not ignore the symptoms as another more scary symptom will soon follow - Vertigo!
