Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir actually before 2 years ago i met with an accident my nose broken in two parts but by stitches dr stitched my nose now am facing breathing problem from 2 years. Also nose is in 30% bad shape and want to reshape my nose and breathing problem also. sir kindly let me know should i go for rhinoplasty or septoplasty

I am having acute pain inside my throat and suffering from breathlessness as well due to finding something block in my throat

My throat is swallown due to smoke and having irritation in throat and with swallon germs and ulcers in mouth

It all started around one month back , i had fever around 100°f , i started to feel some pain in the LEFT side of my throat , Doctor gave me antibiotics and i started taking them , pain didnt go off , it is still there but it was not that painfull but from last 3 days it has started to pain immensly inside the left side of my throat and my neck also pains from the same side , i mean the LEFT side . Please advise me something i am petrofied of the fact that it shouldnt be something serious . IS THIS NORMAL ? plz advice something .I would be highly obliged .

I have been suffering from dizziness .the reason was a problem in functional vertigo..so give me suggestions to overcome this with some exercises.

I keep getting gag reflexes all the time. This includes brushing. I almost vomit and these don't stop for about a minute. However i never actually vomit, but they go to the point that my stomach starts hurting. They only stop after i spit a lot of times and force shut my mouth. These also randomly keep coming throughout the day while walking, sometimes when sitting and almost everytime when i eat too. As a result i can't even eat much and usually leave half of the food on the plate.

I have suffering from functional vertigo ...So please give some tips in diet and some regular exercises so to over come it..

Every morning my left ear continuous flowing & right ear was operated. but left are creat an problems.

From last four days ringing sound in my ear ,due to glue what I have to do to become normal,though I clean with hydrogen peroxide it not redused
