Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Too much cough and thick gel type liquid coming out everytime I cough for the last 8 days, And for over three years my nostrils never got dry. And I have a running nose whenever I eat something... Almost stopped taking any cold beverages or cold foods. and I feel like there's something in the throat always and I feel a heavy chest.

I'm a designer and most of my work is on computer. So, I facing a backpain from past few days. Any solution to this problem?

Runny nose, blocked most of the time. Have to breath from mouth and also have cough (with sputum) which is white in colour. What can be the possible reason??

She had cold from past 2 weeks then it had reduced slowly. one fine day left side ear starts paining and yellowish fluid starts lowing rapidly and ear pain hurts her a lot. We went to nearest hospital and they immediated gave her some 2 injections and the flow of liquid reduced a bit and pain also completely reduced for that particular but now after 2 days the pain has started again but its mild . it would be great some would guide us as what have to be done in this case

I feel very slight numbness In ear after yoga. It goes away after sometime by itself like 10minutes later. I have started doing yoga from past two day. I have learnt yoga from a trained lady for 3months . Doing it after 8months. Is it a problem ?
