Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've had Septoplasty on 4th November( 4 days back).. I can't smell anything. After how many days will my smell start to function properly? Thankyou.

I have black spots on tongue .its on the tip and side of tongue. is it a matter of concern? .. Please reply

Blood coming out from my throat and have Lil itching and pain. Consulted with doc they gave muchane gel and after endorsecopy they told I have grade a wound irritation to my throat. Hi recently I met a ent specialist he told me that by seeing my Pns scan ur sinus was totally blocked and it is difficult to remove by medicine so suggested to go for operation and I'm getting severe one side headache from last 7-8years. Nowadays weekly 3-4days I'll be getting headaches. I have short term memory loss also is this due to sinusitis . So by undergoing surgery will my problem will be solved and is there any side-effects after surgery ( any swelling of nose or any other) now he given me spiromontfa tablet for 20 days and xylomist drops for nose . Now tablet also almost going to complete so what's ur suggestion shall I go for operation or not.

Sir I cant smell anything right from my birth. what can I do.I not even choose any smell is good or bad

I am suffering from cronic phyarangytis for 4 years almost. I am taking ROMILAST L10 for that. But now a days. It dont work out at all. Again and agai. The disease came back. I hv to go to my house physician. And have to take some anti allergic and antibiotics. But i want to get rid of this problem forever. Is there any permanent remedy? I want a permanent solution.
