Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello.. I have a dryness in my nose since couple of days. Please suggest what medication or home remedy should i take to treat it.

Hi I have some problems with swallowing and it hurts lightly in the throat whist Coughing or even talking. His happened yesterday when I had gone to a function where the music was loud, so to communicate somethings I had to speak on top of my voice to be heard and when I spoke or rather screamed something in my throat interrupted my speech and I started coughing for up to a minute continuously,I then had some water and was relieved temporarily. Now I have the problem as stared above , not too much discomfort but still I have an acute pain which i am worried wont worsen. Please advice. Thank You .

I have boil inside cheek, I accidently bit my cheek , I have B12 deficiency, today I observed other cheek also having boil. I have very less pain. Kindly suggest me what I have to do, is it a serious disease??, I have to consult dentist or ENT. Thanks in advance

Since a month I am having allergy. I inhale cockroach spray. Since then I am having cold everyday morning.

I had been to a beach for the weekend. Played a lot in water. From last night, my right ear pains whenever I yawn, cough, berp or laugh.
