Some liquid is always moving into ear. making disturbance. hearing is also slightly impaired. Also have a little pain.

Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety.... Differential diagnosis for your symptoms are acute serous otitis media, perforated tympanic membrane etc...clinical examination is very much necessary to diagnose it properly and to find other possible causes.... Consult nearest ent surgeon they will do the needful.
