I have dust allergy and due to pollution my one of my nasal gets blocked and I feel difficulty in breathing due to which I have to take long breath which is uncomfortable.c would you please help.

Get a CT scan of nose and paranasal sinuses and a routine blood test and see a good ENT surgeon. He will prescribe medicines or advise surgery according to your condition.
