My friend is using momeflo nasal spray since last 4 years. But it seems that its not being effective now. So whenever their is sudden change in external environment be it dust or pollution or spices she starts sneezing unnumerable times and inner nose skin starts itching. Spraying too doesn't help much. What to do.
