Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I sometimes have a really bad cough at night Starts all of a sudden and last for around 15-20 mins along with pain in throat..pls help me know why it happens and what all measures should i take to cure it..

Hi , I had tympanoplasty surgery on right ear 2 weeks ago. After surgery i am facing hearing loss worst than earlier. Doctor says my eardrum is not healing and it's pushed inward. I tried breathing out with closed nose but nothing is happening. i also had tympanoplasty surgery on left ear 9 years ago.i did not face this issue on left ear. Is there any way to improve hearing loss??
