Loud snoring while sleeping, subsequently tongue dryness. i am bit heavy, 178 cms in height, 105 kgs in weight.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. No you are not a bit heavy. You are very heavy. Your BMI is almost 34. So don't live under the impression that you are a bit heavy.
