Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I don't have a very severe cold. No runny nose, noncouch and no sneezing but from the pas two days my ear is clogged... I get dizzy sometimes.. I can't sleep. I am getting a kind of ticklish feeling​. And my ear is paining..

I am getting nose bleeds since 3 days.. and I don't know what to do. Please help me. Please tell me how can I prevent it.

From yesterday have a throaty infection , whole area is painful and even while swallowing it's painful. My son had similar symptoms so must've got it for him.

I got seasonal seezing problem for the last five years and I was taking cetrizine tab also I did xray in 2015 for nose that reported me to sinus where I ignored and thought its a seasonal thing. In this year I got a very frequent sneezing issue and I am taking homeopathy medicine for the last one month but it does not showing any effect to cure it. Please suggest do you have treatment for sinus in ayurveda.

She surgery back in jan. to get something removed... and today she says her neck hurts and there's a lil swelling 2 inches above the collar bone. bottom part where they cut her open. by the way, her voice has gone back to normal yet. could they have messed up the surgery?

It is almost a week the problem persists. Consulted a local physician and on medication. The breathing problem is better, but the cough continues especially in the night. Regular nebulisation is done twice a day and steam inhale at few times.

Pain is from 1 week and the person is unable to eat and talk . The reason is unknown. Has taken homeopathic medicine but there is no improvement.

From last week's I am suffering from earing problem so on this 26 march I went to doctor he said in my ear wax became solid so he gave me soliwax then after 3 days in my ear wax became thaw and very painful so I went to the doctor so he clean all my ear wax and gave me some medicine ( otobiotic ear drop,soliwax ear drop,allegra, T.saffrone-p) but still I m feeling itching in my ear and pain also there. And most importantly I m not able to hear properly. Please suggest me something who will good for me. Thanks and regards Megha pawar

Recently I had a horseness in voice. After contacting a doctor in Manipal , we found a polyp on left vocal cord. The only option allopathy gave me is to voice rest and if not resolved then surgery. Can you please help me with if the treatment is possible in ayurved without surgery.
