Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I find it difficult to breathe all the time. It seems my neck region in below part has become heavy. While I am asleep, not able to exhale out the air properly. What I feel is my wind pipe has narrowed down to some extent due to I am unable to breathe properly and need some more efforts. Please suggest.

I've been having homeopathy medicines for wheezing. The wheeze has reduced. But, I have constant nose blocks. Its there throughout the day.

I've been feeling tightness in face along with some heaviness in neck and lower head from 7 days.I think my jaw bone is also paining.And the area below the eye is also in discomfort. After 7 days the face tightness is subsidized but I am feeling dizzy when I move around.I can feel pain when i press right side of neck. What It could be ?
