Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have swollen lymph nodes, throat that is swollen and primarily red, sore neck, red spots on the back of my tongue and Lupus. Since my immune system is compromised I'm concerned I may have Strep, but don't want to over think it.

Hello Dr, From last night I'm feeling severe pain whenever I cough and I was been travelling in AC bus from last two nights. And from yesterday night I'm feeling feverish also. Have took paracetamol and temperature gone down. And now again I'm feeling feverish . Please suggest me on this. Thanks
