Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've been having an earache for three days now. I saw a doctor at an insta care the first day, and he diagnosed me with a middle ear infection. He gave me amoxicillin for the infection And told me to take Ibuprofen and use heat packs to help with the pain. Two days later, I feel like it's gotten worse. My ear is throbbing and tender to the touch. My lymph node next to my ear is really swollen, and I can't talk or eat without pain in my jaw. Is it possible that there is something going on besides the middle ear infection? Is there something else I could do to help with the pain?

My gf has mumps ,detected one day before .she visited me 4 days before this detection.should i take any vaccine or medicine as we kissed.i dnt have any symptoms till now . Please prescribe.

After doing multiple sea dives last week, i'm having this discomfort and slight pain in both my ears, more in the right ear. Cleaned out ear wax by self and no water in ear or any liquid. Discomfort more during chewing, talking and reduced hearing due to this. Looking for expert advise and assistance.

There is a constant pain in the ear past 2 days. Used Triben plus Ear Drops, Hence no reduction in the pain. Please suggest To reduce the pain.

I get blood clot one or the other very often inside my mouth behind my cheeks skin and few days back it was at below part of my tongue. I do smoke but 3-4 cigarettes a day. These blood clots dissolve by themselves. Are these blood clots something to worry about.

I have undergone post radiation 6 months back first stage carcinoma for vocal cord. Hoarsiness of voice is their. Doctor told left vocal cord squeezed due to radiation. Kindly help me for hoarsiness of voice and any way to increase voice.

I have a lump that I can feel when I push under my jaw. I have to push in to feel it. If I stick my finger in my mouth and my other finger under my jaw I can feel it move side to side. It is rubbery and does not hurt and has not grown in the past month in a half. It is the size of a pea.

Have seen multiple doctors but have seen not much relief. Some say I have allergic rhinitis, some say I have asthma and some say its bronchitis. I moved to the US from India 2 years back and since then I have been facing difficulty in breathing. It started with a cold and congestion (at least that's what I think) and it only got worse with time. Doctors have checked the internals of my nose and mouth and say that the nose is heavily inflamed with the air passage being very small. Sometimes it gets uncomfortable to breathe and then I have to open my mouth and take a deep breath. My tonsils are of grade 3+ just a little smaller than kissing tonsils. I also face trouble during sleeping and snore and drool a lot. I am not sure what to do.

By profession I m vocalist. Visually Handicapped ..Since last 2 months observing throat problem and having problems in voice. Pls advice me I m also sugar patient

Bad smell in my nose only I can feel, only when I exhale, warm type of feeling in chest but no pain just uncomforting, history of headaches, weather changes is factor, one sided headaches and behind the eyes at times. Currently seeing an ENT, he gave me anti biotic to take for ten days and allergy spray, a little improvement but smell came back 8 days into the 10 day antibiotic cycle. Found out that drinking coffee brings out the smell more, and its sort of a dusty Smokey, stuffy warm odor but the smell is almost like a feeling at the same time. My ent is moving forward with a CT scan of my sinuses, and said my brief exams, looking into my nose with a scope and such are looking good. I did blood work and urine test on stds and other diseases just to be sure and everything came back negative. He said chances of a brain tumor are extremely slim based on the data he gets from my follow ups and exams. I just want to know what could this be? how far will I need to go to get an answer?
