Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My internal ear has a white swollen balloon like thing. I have no pain but it itches. It is intolerable.

I am getting red small lesions mainly on the tip of my tongue and the sides of the tongue also feels reddish. Also, the back side of my upper jaw (the part a bit behind the upper cluster of teeth) feels a bit swelly.

Initially started with throat pain and blocked nose. For first 2 days it was same. And then there was no throat pain problem but blocked nose is still there. For last 6 days i am suffering from. There no cold and cough. And no mucus. Nothing is coming out from my nose. But ist blocked. Not able to breathe.

Occasional nose bleed after C sec . Breastfeeding and now about 4 months past delivery. Nose bleed followed by little heaviness in head. Is this normal ?

I have cough from last two/three days with lots of mucus in my body which I can feel but it's not coming out and it makes my throat we eaching, before this I have had problems in sneezing. Every morning i used to sneeze 15/20 times may be due to dusts not sure though.

My 8 year old son facing problem in hearing since last 15 days . from a distance he is not able to understand

1)Suffering from throat infection/pain,if i swallow anything(either solid or liquid item) it is paining. 2) continuous caugh is coming while laughing

Last 1 yr suffering frm severe ear pain.. Now puss coming out ...taking antibiotics for the last 1 month... Met one doctor... He prescribed another antibiotics... But. No change...today again gone to hospital and cleaned ear...green colour puss now... surgery is the only solution... But doctor said after recovery frm puss ...only that can b done...any option or suggestions..

Blood in sputum is observed intermittently from past 3-4 days. Not always, but twice or thrice in a day especially after I wake up from sleep. Blood quantity is very minimal...Like a very small tissue or a drop. Is this of major concern? Whom should I interact to get this checked? I have quit smoking some 8 months back but never had any issue while I used to smoke.

I have been headache since last two months. happens almost every afternoon and i have to take crocin to have it cure.
