My right nostril is swollen (at the base) and is very painful. Not sure if it's a boil because there's also an itching sensation. This has been there for 2-3 days and earlier it used to ache only if I touched the affected area but now it hurts all the time. Please advise.

Difficulty in Breathing

Sometimes I find difficulty in Breathing. Inhaling seems alright, but while exhaling it gets stuck. Also I have to take extra efforts to breathe in and out.
