I have problem with my breath like fast breathino problem when I run for short normal distance or do heavy work.like lifting heavy object.

Consult a physician / cardiologist who will run a few tests to diagnose and treat you. There are multiple reasons for heavy breathing including lung causes, heart causes, obesity and so on.
