Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Right ear is paining due to cold. Not feeling like ear is jammed. Ears are seems to be normal but paining

I have got ear pain since 3 days. This has happened earlier and I know it is because I started using earphones again. Whenever I use earphones, I have a pain. Please suggest a medicine please.

Hello sir, My mother is suffering from tinnitus. She had been on medications {earlier on Cinnarizine (75mg tablet once a day) for 10 days and now on Gudmensia (2 tablets a day) since 5 days}. But none of them seems to work infact the noises inside her head have increased due to which she can't sleep even. Kindly guide what should be done as the noises inside her head have become unbearable.
