Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

By profession I m vocalist. Visually Handicapped ..Since last 2 months observing throat problem and having problems in voice. Pls advice me I m also sugar patient

Bad smell in my nose only I can feel, only when I exhale, warm type of feeling in chest but no pain just uncomforting, history of headaches, weather changes is factor, one sided headaches and behind the eyes at times. Currently seeing an ENT, he gave me anti biotic to take for ten days and allergy spray, a little improvement but smell came back 8 days into the 10 day antibiotic cycle. Found out that drinking coffee brings out the smell more, and its sort of a dusty Smokey, stuffy warm odor but the smell is almost like a feeling at the same time. My ent is moving forward with a CT scan of my sinuses, and said my brief exams, looking into my nose with a scope and such are looking good. I did blood work and urine test on stds and other diseases just to be sure and everything came back negative. He said chances of a brain tumor are extremely slim based on the data he gets from my follow ups and exams. I just want to know what could this be? how far will I need to go to get an answer?

Pain in the throat. interval cough has been eject while sleeping. By eating cold water or sweets, the cough becomes frozen in the throat.

I have occasional drinking habit. I had my last drink and Cigarette on last Saturday. From Monday dehydration started and my throat was paining and after few days my nek started to swollen. Now my tongue is sore. Yesterday my tonsils was paining. My tooth sensitivity has increased. Last week my left jaw was paining whenever I eat or open my mouth. Now I can not take pillow below head my nek pains. Dehydration is still on.

Eardrum dear sir मेरे लेफ्ट कान के पर्दे मे छेद °है डॉ बोल रहे है की तुम ऑपरेशन करालो किया बिना ऑपरेशन के इलाज नहीं है और मेरे साथ ऐसा होता है कान मे कल्कलाहट और दो या तिन साल पे कान बहने लगता है और अब आज कल तो साउंड vivrate कर रहा है

Sir Iam 22yrs old I didn't speak fluently. My tongue is struggling to pronouncing the words. Pronunciation is not good

Suffered from allergic Asthma oct to mid feb. But this year after mid feb no problem of asthma but post nasal drip from last two months treatment done at AIMS HOSP GR NOIDA by Dr Amrit Goel but no relief of pnd Medicines using steroid inhaler,telecast,hicet ax, allegra,ebast tabs  nasal spray etc for last three months. Started saline nasal irrigation also but no relief kindly suggest.

Sir my baby is only 3month 25 days old he is having ear pain from yesterday... He keep digging his ear ...i have droped one drop of nasal saline water  in his ear n after that he slept but still he is hvng pain kindly advice what i do now

Experiencing a severe throat pain on right side, while swalloing pain rises and ear is paining along with the throat

Sir, I can't pronounce some words correctly like R,Da,S. Nd my vocal is bad so I can't even because of my pronounciation and vocals. I just wanna cure it because now I'm 18 and this problem has not cured by time.
