Cold and headache are so much painfull
Reelected sir I have been cold and headache within last 3days and headche are so painfull i have exam also please help what to do me now i had take peracetamol onlu just one time

I can understand your concern.
You can take a tab. Dolo 650 mg twice a day to manage that headache.
Take steam inhalations twice a day.
