Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My child is male baby, 1year 10 month old,  have difficulty in speech .. He speeches only papa and mamma .. But other things he describes by hand movement and by loud sound only.. I want to consult which consultant for these problem.. Please give suggestions..

It has been going on for two days it didn't start hurting until today I tried thumping my skull and popping my ears but it doesn't work nothing has worked

I have vocal nodules from past 4 months. I have taken vocal rest and medication. Still the nodules are there. Doctors are recommending to go for surgery. Is it ok to have them removed through surgery?

One of the doctor suggested that there is cobler in nose which they have to remove with that this puss problem may get reduse.
