My father is having Paralysis due to Brain stroke and also inserted tracheostomy tube but want to confirm when this can be removed ? what test to be done or any x-rays
is this activity will be done in hospital or home ?

Patient with stroke will many other swallowing related problems which makes Tracheostomy necessary for protection of lungs. If your father can swallow normally without coughing then there is chance for Tracheostomy decanulation.
