Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir I have throat problem since 2 year And not yet get well I faced many problems Please advise me. Sir

Hi I have, what i think, is a sudden allergic reaction that hit me a couple of days ago when travelling in fuerteventura. Basically went into my car, started the AC, something flew into my throat and could after this not stop coughing. Cannot not seem to stop coughing (thus not being able to sleep) and/or having a runny nose. Have no former allergies. Have however had some minor issues while younger with a slight sensitivity to throat region, where did not expand as normal when training. This has however not been an issue since my mid-teens. Lead a stressful working life. Have been to 2 generalist doctors already whom have prescribed medication with no effect. First doctor diagnosed that i have a throat inflamation: - Azitromicina Dosage 500 Mg (for 3 days, 1 / day) - Off the shelf allegry medicin (take 2 daily capsules, 1 normally recommended) - Off the shelf throat medicin (for reducing cough) -> No result of treatment. What diagnoses would you give?

I had cold and fever past week and took cetrizine for five days but since it prolonged so I took azithral for next 3 days now I feel I have recovered but still cough occasionally with slight blood in mucus from my nose once in a day.

I am suffering from nose bleedings these days. I had this prblm fr a long time but it was limited only for summer times. The frequency of bleeding has gradually increased and the winters also make me bleed. Going out fr a while or having a little stress causes the same. This year it has gone to a next level with bleeding exceeding more than few drops

I'm Ranjeth and 28 years old I have a doubt about cancer and every year I'm bleeding from nose in summer time and even in monsoon is this problem courses any serious act or it is normal problem like body heat.

My father is suffering from a tumour that is right below his right side ear. we had a ct scan and FNAC test. Reports are attached. Doctor suggested us to either remove the entire tumour in one go thru surgical procedure or should not be interfered with. little biopsy has too many risks. please suggest me how i shud proceed.

I had ear wax infection one month back. That time I had ear pain which was resolved in a same day. Doctor had performed ear syringing to remove wax but from that time my tinnitus symptoms had started and I can still feel mild ringing in my one of the ear.
