Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had been using fluticasone for eustachian tube disorder. I now am fighting what seems like a cold with a sore throat and cough. My ears are also feeling plugged. Can I still use the nasal spray while I have a cold to possibly help my tubes be clear?

From last 2 weeks, I have constant cough and also I have completed the antibiotoc course for 5 days as suggested by my local physician, but there is no relief in cough.

I've been coughing for the last 2 years on and off went to dr , said allergy taken medicine no help then went to ayurveda clinic took the medicine and it helps me but not completely still having dry cough, this all maybe due to my working environment also were we use lots of aroma oils , two days back i put a little pressure while coughing there was spot of blood came out now if I cough hard dot of blood still came out is it a sign of T.b.or some lung infection, please i'm really scare.

Hello doctor. My name is Ishworlal from Imphal. My complaint is that, I have itching throat since 3 days with sometimes dry mouth. I have a swelling below my left side Jaw which is palpable and movable. I went to a doctor today and they prescribed me Amoxicilin + CV 625 and Aceclofenac+ paracetamol + SP. Will the swelling subside or what could be the problem?

Can I use abiotic ear drop instead of offlox ? I m having fungal growth in my ear. And my ear is paining also.

So on Monday I started getting really bad pains in my right ear to the point of which I was in tears, later that pain ended up being in my left ear too. I got myself some over the counter antibiotics and took them over 2 days, they helped with the pain however at this point my hearing was very muffled and it wasn't clearing up. I saw my GP and he said my eardrums had swollen which is why I was in pain and why I couldn't hear, he prescribed amoxicillin for the swelling and a penicillin based medicine for the pain. He also gave me a information sheet on otitis media, as he thought this is what I had due to me having a cold the week before meaning the mucus had built up in the middle of my ear he stated that it would clear over 2/3 days however, 3 days later it has not improved, if anything, my hearing has gotten worse. I just want to know how long will this last? And if there is any other option to clearing my ears up quicker? Thank you.

Towards the end of  January I got swelling in my submental lymph node which is a pea size , rubbery and movable there is no pain in it and I have observed that it's size has been decreasing since.I went to an ENT specialist he prescribed me with an antibiotic for this. However I have cystic acne all over my face due to pcos. Please suggest is there anything to worry
