If I get excited or feared than I stammer,if I speak fast I stammer ,please help me how to reduce stammering

Hi Doctor, From last couple of years I have a lot of dryness and itching in my both ear. I try to keep them clean and wash with only water. I dont use even soap to clean the ear however even though i have a lot of dryness in my ear. As a work around i use mustard oil drop with ear bud but again after one day the dryness starts and some sort of white power is visible in the ear. It causes a lot of itching as well. Please suggest.

My dog ran into me while running really fast. She was wearing her muzzle and knocked me to the ground. I bled from my nose for 10 to 15 minutes before it subsided.
