Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am experiencing mild ear pain and discharge feeling in ears. Today is the 9th day post tympanoplasty. I laughed too hard few hours ago. I am afraid if that can create any problem.

Suffering from tinnitus for 3 months . Plz suggest what to do? I have shown myself to Dr. , He told me go through PTA.

I used to smoke frequently I stopped a month back I'm not able to swallow properly from a week It's not getting better I'm having involuntary muscle spasms also

Hello Dr, My Age is 27, For past few days ( 10 days particularly ) I am experiencing frequent vertigo when I try to sleep or move my head upward to look something above ( also some times by looking downwards as well ) It causes merry go round vertigo. I visited two doctor( ENT ) one said it's due to inner ear problem particularly menieres disease and I have hearing range start from 30 MHz in both the ears and also have tintinus countinous and other doctor said it's due to loss of neck curve which is showed in X-rays. Also sometimes when I walk I feel like m walking on soft bed or floating on some boat like feeling. This same situation occurred around 5 years back as well but it got solved within 5 -7 days ( without any medications ) but this time it's not happening. Currently I am having VERTIN 16 mg, neuromet and carisoma compound two times a day after food My MRI report of brain is also normal. M confused as well as worried.

I am snoring too much while sleeping. The sound is hearing like dts. My roommate informed me this. Please help me to reduce the sound . I don't want to disturb my roommate or any of them who is sleeping with me . Please help

Every time i talk or sing my throat closes up and hurts for hours and I think my vocal cords are swollen, i drink water and i don't eat a lot of acidic foods at all, i have really bad acid reflex and i think i have the silent reflex, i have all of those symptoms.
