  4. Right side of throat is swollen. Advice!

Right side of throat is swollen
Right side of throat near vocal code is swollen. Have difficulty in swallowing. It not the tonsillitis. Swelling and pain is near neck bone. Is it something related to thyroid cancer. Please advice
