Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am suffering with perfound hearing loss snhl 90 %can it treatable please help me I am suffering with sensorineural hearing from 5 year

Due to fever i was unable to breath properly and in between i travelled by air before few days. After that my right hand side ear is blocked

From last month I am suffering from this problem(pock in nose). I am not taking any medicine but I don't know what's the reason. Please suggest me what I will do. Because it's very painful.

I have regular white cough approximate 6-8 month. my throat generate chip-chip cough. So please suggest me what i will do.

Consulted doctors they usually suggested it must be because of nose pricking but we rarely saw such activity by child moreover it bleeds anytime anywhere one ENT suggested it is because of thin inner nostril skin and needs to be operated.
