My throat has blocked to speek since yesterday due to cold and dust kindly suggest prescription please thanks in advance Practo

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can do warm saline gargles thrice a day. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Drink warm water. Have a soft diet. Tab. Mahacef-plus twice a day after food for 3 days. Consult a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
