Echoing in ear and off balance
I have tintinus from last 14 years but do not have too much problem but from last 4 month I have echoing in my right ear and all day I feeling like I am on a mattress this very frustrating

You should get audiological and MRI scan of CP angle to exclude acoustic neuroma and other CP Angle tumors. After excluding such you may take vertin and or tryptomer or use tinnitus maskers to reduce the tinnitus. Tinnitus habituation therapy may help some patients to overcome their tinnitus.

Health Tips
Ototoxic drugs such as chloroquine, quinine, aspirin, chloramphenicol etc. may make your tinnitus worse. Avoid them.
