Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have right side dns 24 year old 46kg weight and I am not gaining weight because of This DNS problem

Suffering from Rhinitis causing almost regular nasal blockage & formation of polyps at times, how to get rid of this health issue as it disrupts my sleep as well.

Thyroid test report of my wife is attached. Taking thyronorm 75 mg since 7 years. Pls suggest if, mg can be reduced ????

It was 2 am so could not visit a doctor and took a simple pain killer and it did not give me any relief for about 45 min and I was really suffering in pain so a family member had a fast acting pain killer Ketorol Dt and I took 2 and got relief in pain but my ear is stuffed and heavy. Pls Advise
