Right ear is blocked & unable to hear properly. There is some sort of sound 'mmmmm' in the ear. While swallowing food this pains.

If you have a cold, then the pain is likely due to fluid accumulation. If not it might be wax. Get yourself examined by an ENT specialist in any case
