I face issues with my throught and i saw 2 times blood in my spitting. i think this is either caused by cigarette or rajnighandha tulsi mix.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. It's called throat. Not throughout. And yes it's because of the cigarette and the mix which you have. There is no rocket science in knowing that.
