Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been having neck, throat pain since 15 days, had some medicine got temporary relief but it provoked again as soon as i takes any cold items or even light cold water.

I was having sore throat, itching in throat with dry cough since Thursday evening. Started feeling feverish, weakness and body ache on friday, took a Dolo-150 tablet in night. Took Azeeglo-500 tablet on saturday morning. Have tried hot water gargle. Currently having phelgem, clear in color, and cough, pain in chest in coughing, and minimal fever(98.9 F)., no nose block as such. My regular menstrual cycle has started since Saturday evening.

Got itching in both ears. Got ear ache due to scratching. Scratched ear badly hence got pain. Ears go dry many times. Consrantly feel like scratching

I've been experiencing the pains of sore throat for a long time, But the pains weren't consistent and were not so severe but since yesterday, I've been experiencing excruciating pain in my throat and scratchiness followed by high fever, running and sometimes blocked nose and body ache. I've consulted a family doctor, who prescribed me with a few medicines. But what brings me here is the fact that i smoke and i wanna know if there's anything else i can do to feel better apart from quiting smoking (which i already did since yesterday). Hello,I suffer with frequent cold and sneeze problem.Even in hot summer i am getting effected by cold frequently.If i am exposed to little cool environment then definitely the next day my nose would get effected and i sneeze at least 20-25 times on that day.I am suffering with this for the past 2 years.Please help me with this.Thank you.

I have been noticing that my ears feel like there is no air getting to them and ringing in my ears In a quite place I have also started getting earache I think it's because of an earwax build up so I got theses ear drops for wax called otex but the said they had hydrogen peroxide in them so I looked at the side effects and did not use them because it can make it worse should I use the drops or not?
