Ear pain, too much ear wax
I was having a mild ear pain last week. This week I had fever followed by numbness and pain in right ear. Lots of ear wax secretion. Also it smells.

It would be better if you may consult an ENT surgeon and get yourself clinically examined. So that relevant investigations could be interpreted based on clinical findings. That would be the best approach.
Ear wax also need to be removed.
Take plenty of oral fluids, healthy balance diet. Keep hydrated. Maintain good personal hygiene.
