When I try take food or open Mouth loudly pain near my left ear and jaw area, unable to chew food on that side

Hi I think there can be two conditions either a TMJ malalighnment or ear infection. I would suggest you to visit an ENT SPECIALIST and get your ear examined and start treatment accordingly Regards
