When i spend more than 1 hour in air conditioned room my nose is getting blocked and i cant breathe normally and it lost for 3 to 4 days continously

Hello...... Set AC temperature to optimum level..  You are allergic to cold .. When in breath in air nose tries balance the heat in air and let in air with optimum temperature..  Cold can trigger excessive nasal secretion and nose block. This type of nose block relives  on coming out of the AC room..
