Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello I am male 28 years no smoking and drinking habits,but when cold occurred I try to bring phlegm forcely..Then only that time I have seen some blood in phlegm

One of my ears does not have normal audibility for the last few years.. Please suggest correct diagnosis and treatment procedure.. Thanks

Right side below mouth in neck a small sealing part is available approximately one month why I eat dry any thing and full open my mouth then slowly pain occur when I test FNAC then result shown in impression is above

2 months ago I have lymph node swelling on my two armpits. Then I visited our family doctor and he give antibiotics for me. After 2 weeks I suffering this problem.There is a lump(less than 1c.m in diameter) on the right part of my neck 1 inch below the chin bone. Since it is very small it is not visible outwards. But I felt something on my neck. This lump is not rigid or firm. It is soft and whenever I touches it starts sliding. So I visited doctor twice and he said that; "if it is not enlarges you do not want to think about it". But  sometimes, I feels there is something on my neck. But until now the lump is not enlarged. I have no night sweat or sudden weight loss. Is there is any chances of Lymphoma?

I'm facing frequent cold problem since last 2 years mostly in summers.. when it happens i do face continuously sneezing and runny nose and body pain.. i it happens only for a day but when i do suffer a lot..

Yesterday I had itching in my right ear . I have put gentamicin ear drop in my ear. But the itching didn't stop. Then I used an ear bud into my ear to clean it. After that I am having a numb feeling in my right ear and feels like some liquid is there in my ear. Kindly let me know whether anything wrong as it is not paining but it is numb.

I am experience head spinning constantly which increases specially when turning sides with little pukish feelings

I have a large thyroid nodule on the left side of my neck . i recently have had a difficult time swallowing, i have a constant feeling of something being stuck in my throat, and I feel like i need to vomit but cant. The nodule was biopsied 3 years ago and since it was benign, there was nothing done to it. Is the nodule causing this?

I've been having a sore throat for about 3 weeks now. I was put on a 10 day prescription of amoxicillin to treat a sinus infection which did not help. Currently, both tonsils are swollen, but the right side hurts more than the left when swallowing, yawning etc. If I take ibuprofen the swelling & pain lessen, but eventually returns.

Cold allergy got fever vomiting sensation, headache giddiness, nose running ,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,
