Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've had a swollen throats for about a week now, my left tonsil has swollen up and it's very red and has brown marks on it, was wondering what it was

Tonsil left side white patch was present from 1year now no problem no pain noting and how it is same size noting to worry but right side tonsil from 2days onwords some red color came and that side also a small white patch starting and a line cuts from that patch to tonsil patch but no pain or noting ocasaionally some time feeling pain pls clareify my problem
