Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been having ear problem from past 1year. I visited 2 to 3 doctors took Madison but no use. My problem is I am having sound problem in my ears like insects or machine kind of sound but I can hear clearly.

From last 4 days i cant hear sounds properly from my right ear....what is the problem i am not understanding...please suggest me

I took 30 radiation treatment for throat cancer. I was fine after the treatment but 2 month after the treatment I am suffering from headache and fatigue I can't eat properly I have swelling inside my throat.does cancer reoccur within few months after the treatment?

I have been getting sore throats from the past 7 years with white crystals from somewhere behind the tonsils.My throat swab report says I have E Coli organism present.So the doctor had given me Clavam 625.Still the white particles have continued to appear,now the doctor said its keratosis.So is an endoscopy required to investigate further? Plz help
