Hi Doctor, Since last few days i am experiencing this. After waking up i see some blood spots mixed with saliva. But after gargle or brush everything vanishes and doesn't come for entire day. This happens only when wakeup in the morning for first 2-3 spits that too with very small amount. Can you help me with this.

Soar throat and ear on one side, swollen

I developed a soar throat about a week ago that wasn't that bad, but after a few days it got a lot worse. I have a pain within my ear and a swollen gland/lymph node. The symptoms are only on one side. This has been going on for about 5 days and I'm going on holiday soon so need to get it sorted.
