Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Ear puss in 5 months baby. What could be the problem Please help. Its in right ear. Any suggestions for drops. She has fever too

I have losing my voice for 2 months now. My original voice seems to be lost and I talk with a lot of strain now. Cannot sing or talk anything in high pitch.. only air comes out.
