Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My son is 20 yrs old. due to injury in childhood his nose is a little deviated. Because of this he has shortness of breath and sometimes migraine

I am breast feeding my three months old baby and have cold and sneeze. What medicine can I take at this time

There are some moles grown inside mouth and on the tongue making me unable to eat anything spicy and I have already taken B- complex tablet but since one week it is being paining a lot.
