Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir.. M working in textile company since 8 years. For last a year, I have breathing problem mostly when I go for sleep. Also I have sneezing & coughing problem.

I have been taking nasal drops and antibiotics but no use. And i got tinnitus due to ETD..Can tinnitus be cured and etd? I'm so worried about this ringing.. What should i do?
