Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From last night I have been suffering from severe earache and unable to hear from one of the ear. Looks like ear is full of with wax.

Accidently i have inserted the ear bud too deep in the ear , felt pain and a bit of bleeding from the ear during the night. What are the precautions to be taken

Since last two days i have running nose constant headache also body pain and fever...also felling cold

I feel like something's stuck at the right side of my throat. It hurts when I swallow anything. I have soar throat.
