Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been suffering from cough problems for a year now. A doctor diagnosed me with throat infection and prescribed antibiotics and told me that my lungs were clear. The problem hasn't cured and I still have cough in the morning and after meals.I also start coughing while laughing.I have a history of sinusitis but haven't had problems with it for 4 years now.

If i move my lower lip to left side,I have pain in my ear and above it.Also ? While chewing I have pain but little

Sir, Yesterday I had undergone a TSH level test as I am suffering from thyroid since last few months. But the reports are unexpectedly higher than usual. The test is done my Dr. Lal Path lab, so I think report has to be correct. The range under which it has to appear is 0.35-4.75 but my report shows 566.065. I was dumbstruck.. can u please help me

Sir, I am suffering from hearing loss.I had done audiometry and my right ear is more sever than left one .After the test result specialists recommend me for surgery .And he said its is normal not more severe.So sir would it better to have surgery ?

Suffering from ear pain, it's severe. Can any one help me. I consulted ENT doctor, he gave some antibiotics. It's been 3 days now iam taking tablets, but no cure. Suggest me with best tablets with immediate action to get pain relief.

I have had this problem many times (mainly in the right ear) i have seen my doctor all they do is scoop it out (i can't have water in my ears, they're super sensitive) and it comes back within a month or two. is it normal to have soft ear wax and what are some effective ways i can get rid of it for good?
