I have been getting sore throats from the past 7 years with white crystals from somewhere behind the tonsils.My throat swab report says I have E Coli organism present.So the doctor had given me Clavam 625.Still the white particles have continued to appear,now the doctor said its keratosis.So is an endoscopy required to investigate further?
