  4. Mouth spot. Is there anything serious?

I noticed some brown patch inside mouth ... This happens within 4-5 days before .. I am a girl of age 22.. What kind of problem is this? what kind of reasons are responsible for this problem? Is there anything serious? Never touched tobacco or cigarette in my life
