How to clean ear I'm suffering since 1 week the wax formed into solid state and causing pain How can I cure it

Continues sound in ear since one week .shown to ent doctor told due to sinus problem it's happening given Amoxy clav 625 mg but not cured .then shown to one more doc told some nerve prob given bilovas 4omg. I am just 31 years old worried about this please help me

I think the submandibular gland on the right side is tender to touch. Also it causes discomfort when my wisdom teeth grows. There is no problem with eating or anything. It's just tender to touch. Should I get it checked?

Hello, I'm having an irritation in my throat. It keeps occuring on and off everytime I have something cold (drink). I took Azithral 500 for 3 days and the pain was gone until I had some cold water and the irritation was back on. It doesn't remain throughout the day. Mainly when I get up and I'm about to sleep. I'm an occasional smoker but I haven't smoked since 15 days.
