Terrible throat pain, can't even gulp
For the past 3 days I've been having a terrible throat ache. Eating some kind of flavored foodstuff along with the bad weather might have triggered it. Can't swallow my saliva either. I've been having fevers on and off along with this too. Last night was the worst, I'm 20 and my bp rose to 150/80 whilst asleep.
