Throat pain from more than 3 weeks
I am suffering from sore throat from more than 3 weeks.. I have completed cefexime 250mg dose twice daily for 7 days. There is sharp pain in left side of throat, feels like some sharp thing is stuck in my throat and at night my Thorat is dried and pain in bottom of throat.. I am 7 months pregnant. There is no fever, cough or cold.

It’s good that you don’t have fever. The tablet that you have mentioned is available in 200 MG does not 250 MG as per best of my knowledge. If you have congestion in throat please tell. Have you taken any other medicines? Did you take any painkiller or paracetamol?
