Since 2days my left ear is paining. Somtimes all of the sudden i feel to scratch lk anything.. Yesterday i used one drop named as candibiotic ear drop.

There are many causes for ear pain, commonest being impacted ear wax. Others include infections if the ear canal. These can be bacterial or fungal. Bacterial are commonly due to furuncles. Fungal is due to repeated ear probing. The drops which you are using acts on both bacteria and fungi. I would advise you to get your ear checked by an ENT specialist before you start self medicating
